I may be FROM Detroit but my home is on the trail and I need to get back there. I'll be hiking from Lake Michigan, across the upper lower peninsula to Lake Huron. The purpose of this blog is to keep those who are interested informed and to encourage those who can to support me in this endeavor.

On My Way!
Special thanks to the founding members of Camp Champaign for getting me to the trailhead in Empire, MI and sending me off with a belly full of food and hugs all around. I'm so glad to be back on the trail!
